Mission Statement

The mission of the Sag Harbor Yacht Club is to serve the following constituencies:

- OUR MEMBERS
- THE YACHTING COMMUNITY
- THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE

To accomplish this Mission for the benefit and enjoyment of our constituencies and friends, we will be guided by the following principles:

• To purchase and acquire property, erect and maintain a house, dock and related facilities for the use of Club members and their friends.
• Honorable conduct in all matters, as befits good citizenship.
• Highest quality in management and operations of an outstanding facility.
• Maintenance of total fiscal integrity at all times.
• A determined focus on the development and promotion of heightened interest in yachting and related social, historical and community events.
